Membership Application
Those wishing to use the library services must apply for temporary membership at the Borrow and Return counter on the 1st floor. The membership fees and deposit are as follows:
- Annual service fee: 500 THB per year
- Security deposit: 1,000 THB (refundable upon membership cancellation)
- Membership card fee: 100 THB
Required documents for registration: a photocopy of your ID card or passport (for foreigners).
Borrowing Rights
Outsiders and alumni can borrow books and other resources under the following conditions:

RENEW
- Both Outsiders and alumni can renew books and other resources an unlimited number of times through the membership system
- Both outsiders and alumni will not be able to renew if there is overdue fine in the system. To renew, please contact the service counter on the 1st floor or use online channels via the Facebook page : ARIT RMU Page (https://www.facebook.com/aritRMU/)
- Both outsiders and alumni will not be able to renew if the resource has already been reserved.
Reservation (Hold)
Outsiders and alumni can reserve resources only if they are in “Checked out” status or are currently borrowed. Reservations can be made through two channels:
- At the Borrow and Return Counter on the 1st floor.
- Self-reservation via the membership system

1.Purchase a new copy + 40 Baht of binding fee + 40 Baht of preparation fee + fine as stated in the system. |
2.Pay twice the price of the damaged or lost book + fee 40 Baht of binding + 32 Baht of RFID fee + fine as stated in the system. |
