Accessing the services
Operating Hours
The Office is open every day.
Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
Saturday – Sunday: 08:30 – 18:00
Closed on public holidays and as announced by the university.

Outsiders can access the library by filling out a sign-in form at the Borrow and Return counter on the first floor.
Outsiders cannot borrow books unless they apply for temporary membership.
Apply for a temporary membership at the Borrow and Return counter on the first floor. Membership fees are as follows:
- Annual service fee: 500 THB
- Security deposit: 1,000 THB (refundable upon resignation of membership)
- Membership card fee: 100 THB
Required documents for application: A copy of your ID card or passport (for foreign nationals).

Borrowing, Returning, and Renewing
- Undergraduate students: Max. of 15 books for 14
- Graduate students: Max. of 20 books for 14
- Supporting staff: Max. of 15 books for 30
- Faculty members: Max. of 20 books for 120
- Students of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Demonstration School: Max. of 5 books for 7
Members must borrow books in person by showing their student ID or ID card. Bring the books you wish to borrow to the Borrow and Return counter on the first floor.
Note: If you have outstanding fines or overdue items, you will not be able to borrow more books.
You can borrow books anytime during the operating hours.
You cannot borrow any book unless you have applied for alumni membership and paid the membership and deposit fees.
Borrowed books can be returned at the Borrow and Return counter on the first floor (no ID card needed). If overdue, a fine will be imposed.
You can also return the borrowed books at the book drop outside the library before the due date.
You can renew the borrowed books as many times as you need, using one of the two methods:
- At the Borrow and Return counter on the first floor.
- Online service at https://bit.ly/renewarit by logging in with your Username (student ID) and Password (last 4 digits of student ID) and choosing the items to renew or renew all.
Note: You cannot renew the book if it is overdue and has a fine, or has been reserved by someone else.
5 THB per day per book, with a maximum of 250 THB per book.
Exception: No fines will be charged if the due date falls on a public holiday or a university closure.

Reference books cannot be borrowed. Dictionaries and encyclopedias can be borrowed for 1 day (1 item per person).

Fines can be paid through two methods:
- In person at the Borrow and Return counter on the first floor (cash or bank transfer).
- Online payment by transferring to the fine account and sending the proof of transfer to the Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/aritRMU.
